Yes, the D&D Player's Strategy Guide is out since May 18 (although i found it just today at my local Roleplay-retailer). It contains some... what do you think it's about? Yes, strategies. A LOT of Dungeons & Dragons strategies, some how-to-play a class like, good teamwork tactics, roleplay tips, and so on.
