Mattel Buys Phase 10 from Fundex and iMAGiNiff from Blue Opal

A scant few weeks after reaching a settlement with Phase 10′s designer over unpaid royalties, Indianapolis-based Fundex has sold its bestselling game Phase 10 to Mattel. Phase 10 is the second best selling card game, dwarfed only by Uno , also owned by Mattel. In an unrelated deal, Mattel has bought iMAGiNiff from Australia’s Blue Opal.
