Catalyst Entertainment Group released a new, very useful short supplement for the Shadowrun roleplaying game, Shadowrun: Safehouses. The short book features rules and in-game information on the topic with as much detail as the low page-count enables for the product.

  It could happen with any runner. It seems that everything going on as planned, but then something unaccounted for happens and you have to run. There are determined people looking for you, and they know where you live, they know your friends and they are asking pointed questions about you wherever people know you. However if they find you, there is no more questions : they simply solve all of their problems with you, permanently.

  In those times you have to know a hiding place : a safehouse or a bolt hole to stay there until they forget about you, or until you find a more lasting solution and establish a new identity. It1s the time when you will need the Shadowrun: Safehouses supplement for your game.

  It’s a short 18-page supplement, with detailed rules on how to acquire or find hideouts to protect themselves. It’s also includes several sample safehouses as well as equipment suggestions for well-stocked hideaways.
