IGDA’s Global Game Jam To Include Board and Card Games

The IGDA’s 2010 Global Game Jam included over 4300 people around the world creating video games over 48 rolling hours. This year’s event promises to be larger and will include non-electronic board and card game creation. I’m not entirely sure how that will work with a team spread out over different physical locations; the FAQ on the site doesn’t address it. ( source )
